I count this amongst one of my favourite things I have ever done in my life, and that is due in no small part to the professionalism and friendliness of the staff involved, without whom I would not have had nearly as positive experience.
This was my first time diving and I was far from confident, but staff went out of their way to reassure me. Their knowledge, expertise and professionalism - not to mention their incredibly impressive grasp of several languages - was nothing short of amazing. The prep talk is engaging, highly informative and reassuring. Equipment is provided and feels good quality. The trip was well organised and executed. The instructor who took me down was friendly, reassuring and made the experience an unforgettable one - I didn't know how much life to expect on the sea bed but feel I saw plenty and created memories that will stay with me for life. Many professional quality photos were taken, available for a further cost (30Eur, worth every penny).
However, the thing that really stood out for me, on a generally excellent trip, was how well they took care of my daughter, who found herself too sea-sick to participate. She stayed on the boat and was well taken care of, before they sent a separate boat (that took snorkellers out to a different location) to collect those who were unwell and get them back to shore as quickly as possible. The sea-sickness was a shame that couldn't have been avoided but it felt like the staff genuinely cared and did all they could to make it better.
This trip comes highly recommended, even for the totally uninitiated and unconfident like me! I had absolutely no idea what I was doing but felt totally reassured and taken care of throughout. If you're considering it, don't hesitate!

Fabulous experience! Our instructor was patient and kind. We saw several types of fish underwater, and it was absolutely stunning! Can’t wait to dive again!
A nice experience to do in Tenerife

I've never done scuba before and I have to say that the team guided me very carefully and patiently into my first dive. If you also want to try it for the first time I recommend it, just remind you could be sea sick on the boat trip to the diving spot - and that could mess up the whole experience. Even if it could seem a quick trip you will be very tired if it's your first time (I've slept the entire afternoon after the dive).
Great experience, but be a good swimmer!

This was a tick off my bucket list. The experience overall was great. I didn't get to dive as long as others (I'm not sure why) which I was disappointed about, but the 15 mins I had was still fun. Snorkeling was just as good, it's a very relaxing experience if you allow it to be.
During our session we saw many different kinds of fish, eels, sting ray, and a turtle.
The photos & videos are great too (30 euros extra - all sent to you via email to download and keep them safe).
In conclusion, the experience was good but I would recommend some small changes. I'm a confident swimmer, however my partner isn't and unfortunately pulled out whilst we were out in the water - I think if more time introducing the water to people could have helped here (it was why we chose to do the beginner session).

Training was missing

Training should have been a little longer. They knew it was our very first time. We tried the mouth piece -to breath under water- for only 30 seconds or so and then they were like; ok now we’re going down. The instructors were sweet but as i said, the training wasn’t covering everything so it turned out into a scary event. The sea was amazing but no turtles or fish whatsoever. (Not blaming the instructors for this obviously :))
