Must have it !

Our guide Xavier was brilliant. His English was perfect and he provided us a lot of information. I have been a little bit scared as I heard that some of the guides do not speak a good English. The experience is different as you can discover more about history of the island .

Truly great trip-it is a must!

Amazing trip, very well organised and interesting. Both the driver Gustavo and the guide Guido were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed it very much. The only reason I cannot give it 5 stars is because the ferry was over one hour late on the way back to Tenerife-this however is not the fault of the tour operator.

Disappointing tour guide

The pick up process was terrible! We got picked up at 7:55, stopped at too many hotels to pick up guests, often waiting for those who were late, and did not reach the port until 9:10. Our guide was neither welcoming nor especially friendly. On the tour bus, it appeared that he spoke Spanish at least 40% of the time, Italian about 35% of the time, and English about 25% of the time. The tour group was made up mainly of Spanish-speaking guests followed by Italian speaking guests. English-speaking guests were in the minority. The lunch was good. The whistling demonstration was the highlight of the tour for us.

Definitely a go for the photogs

Loved the crossing by ferry and the beautiful views (be prepared if you are afraid of heights as I am.) Wished I'd known that the average attendee was on the older side (>55 for sure) because our party would've given it a skip as we were hushed as if we were on a school trip and not a holiday. Also, the guide was mostly speaking Spanish and repeating things in English and German but definitely skipping loads of sections in his translation.

Good however not great

The places that we visited were good however the tour guides pronunciation of English was poor and was speaking 4 languages during the trip which made the commentary very long winded. Maybe restrict it to Spanish and English only? The lunch that was provided was poor, I would recommend free time in the capital and guests can choose their own lunch and make the excursion cheaper as the lunch didn’t add any value to the trip. All in all, great locations and breathtaking views however improvements can be made.
