We booked the sunset tour and although I only expected to see the sun set against Los Gigantes, Antonio went out of his way to show us dolphins! We ended up with a group of 4, but the yacht itself is comfortable enough to seat plenty more. The 4 of us were booked @ 19h but because we all had shown up a bit early, we ended up sailing a little earlier too. Great sail, and would absolutely recommend MPC to anyone visiting Los Gigantes/Tenerife.
We did a private charter on the Mojo Picon with Antonio, our captain, and it was a great experience. It was exciting seeing a lot of pilot whales up close and then sailing along the impressive cliffs of Los Gigantes and La Masca. We snorkeled in a beautiful spot with the cliffs as a backdrop and had an amazing lunch. Highly recommend!
We started off the experience with a warm welcome from skipper Antonio on the luxury sailing boat. There was a family of four with us on the boat, so there was plenty of space for everyone. The trip was awesome, we saw a sea turtle and a lot of whales and dolphins. Antonio was a legend, he knew exactly where to find the animals and we came so close to them! After that we went closer to the cliffs where we had a lovely swim. All in all, an unbelievable experience! Would absolutely recommend.
When I started this trip I wasn’t too sure I’d bump into dolphins, but we saw many bottlenose, so close to the boat, and we saw a bryde’s whale which was amazing…. I think Los gigantes is a great spot for dolphin watching, it’s a family holiday place..
We had a fantastic time out on the yacht! We were welcome aboard by our skipper who was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. He helped us spot dolphins, sea turtles and hammerhead sharks! We sailed around for a while spotting the wildlife and then headed to the bay of Masca for a swim in the clear blue sea! When we got back on board we had a light lunch with drinks. The boat was comfortable, spacious and clean. The only thing which could have improved the trip was a bit more information about the wildlife and local area.
